Ads typically stay active for 30 days. You can renew or delete your ad anytime from your account dashboard.

How do I contact a seller?
Click on the ad you’re interested in and use the contact form or phone number (if available) to reach the seller directly.
Is it safe to buy through the website?
While we monitor for scams, transactions are between buyer and seller. Always meet in public places and inspect items before paying.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes, most prices are negotiable unless marked as fixed by the seller. Use the messaging system to discuss terms.

Register or log in, click “Post Ad,” fill in your details, upload photos, and publish your ad.
Can I edit or delete my ad later?
Yes. Log into your account, from your account dashboardgo to “My Ads,” and use the edit or delete options anytime.
Can I post the same ad in multiple categories?
No, duplicate ads across categories are not allowed. Choose the most relevant category for your listing.

What are featured or premium ads?
These are paid ad options that get more visibility by appearing at the top of listings or on the homepage.
How do I pay for promotions?
We accept various payment methods such as mobile money, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
🔐 Account & Safety
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the steps to reset it via email.
How do I report suspicious activity or scams?
Click the “Report Ad” button on the listing or contact our support team directly with details.
Are my personal details visible to others?
Only contact details you choose to share in your ad are visible. Your email and full profile are kept private.
